Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days or when otherwise noticed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Standard shipping will take approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however 361 Degrees cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control that may cause a delay due to weather, address entry error, address correction, and carrier failure to deliver and transit times.
We ship in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
Standard Ground Shipping: Free on orders totaling $99+ / $15 under $99
Carrier & Tracking Information
Our standard ground orders ship from Ontario, CA via USPS and FedEx. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided on your order approximately 24 hours after your order has been processed/shipped.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. In rare cases we might be able to catch your change or cancellation. However this will cause an increase in delivery time for your order.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. Merchandise purchased on www.361usa.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Material must be unworn and unaltered.

Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoe box.
A Return Authorization must be requested before the product is returned. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and reviewed at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product amount. Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded from the original purchase. Return Shipping Label serivces costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Free return shipping is only provided during the following circumstances:

Product arrives defective or becomes defective within the 30 day window of purchase.

You receive the wrong product, size or color.

Return Coverage was purchased at the time of purchase.

Return Process
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your return item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 1-5 business days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
361 Degrees is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.361usa.com and does not accept in-person returns. To return products purchased at another store, please return product to the retail location where it was purchased.
