Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Standard shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however 361 Degrees cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control that may cause a delay, such as weather, address entry error, address correction, UPS, FedEx and USPS failure to deliver or transit times.
Standard Ground Shipping: Free on orders totaling $75+ / $12.50 on orders under $75
Standard ground orders ship from Ontario, CA via UPS. The tracking number provided will be sent to you approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. In rare cases we might be able to catch your change or cancelation. However this will cause an increase in delivery time for your order.
Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund. Merchandise purchased on 361usa.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
- Material must be unworn and unaltered
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoe box.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product amount. Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total amount of the products ordered.
Returns are at purchasers expense. Return Authorization must be requested before product is returned. We offer free returns in the following cases.
- Product arrives defective or if it fails within the 30 day window.
- You receive the wrong product, Size or Color.
Returns are the purchasers responsibilities during the following cases.
- Customer ordered the wrong size
- Customer ordered the wrong color
- Customer ordered the wrong gender
- Buyers remorse
- Customer ordered multiple pair to qualify for free shipping with the intent of only keeping one.
** Holiday and Promotional sales are subject to all sales final. These are classified as follows. ( Black Friday Week, Cyber Monday and 12 days of Christmas Event)
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 1-5 business days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
361 Degrees is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.361usa.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return product to the retail location where it was purchased.
