SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We ship in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

Standard shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however 361 Degrees cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control that may cause a delay such as weather, address entry error, address correction, carrier failure to deliver or transit times.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING: FREE ON ORDERS TOTALING $100+  /   $15 ON ORDERS UNDER $100

All orders ship Standard Ground from Ontario, CA via UPSP or FedEx. The tracking number provided will be sent to you approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. 

TRACKING 

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided on your order approximately 24 hours after your order has been processed/shipped. 

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. In rare cases we might be able to catch your change or cancelation. However, this will cause an increase in delivery time for your order.
