• Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.
  • Returns/exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days from purchase date. 
  • Please return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. **For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoebox. 
  • Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. Please include the packing slip included in your original shipment.
  • If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 45 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $9.00 USD as a credit on your account to be used on your next order with us) and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. In all other circumstances, return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Refunds on returns, exchanges and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the credit card used on the original purchase. Shipping cost will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total of the items ordered. 
  • If you have misplaced your packing slip please contact us and we will gladly provide you with another copy.
