Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days from purchase date.
- Please return merchandise in original condition. **For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoe box.
- Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please include the original packing slip included in your original shipment. If you have misplaced your packing slip or one was not included, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with another copy.
- Refunds on returns, exchanges and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the credit card used on the original purchase within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your return. Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total of the items ordered.
- If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item/size sent, defective merchandise within the first 45 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $9.00 USD as a credit on your account to be used on your next order with us) and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional cost to you. In all other circumstances, return shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer's responsibility.

- Print, fill out necessary information and include in your return shipment. We will process the exchange as you indicate on the form.
