Not your typical fitness girl . Diva hold's a BFA in dance from Temple University . A powerlifter, cross-fit coach , spin instructor, boxer, and a full time Personal Trainer with 17 years experience. Diva can be doing any of these fitness mediums on any given day at any time. Both a beauty and a beast. But mostly beast. Her goal is to take a nonsense approach to fitness and share it with the masses. "Fitness is everybody not just the elite. And anyone can go from average to amazing if they are willing to work for it. Fitness is a metaphor for life."
